At Firamart, we understand that receiving your order on time, in perfect condition, and with clear information is an essential part of your shopping experience. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policy when shopping with Firamart.

1/ Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 states across the United States, including remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii. No matter where you are — from big cities to suburbs or islands — we can deliver right to your door through trusted shipping partners.

2/ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your payment is completed. During this time, our team will inspect, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier.

Note: "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.

3/ Shipping Time & Carriers

Once your order has been processed, we will hand it over to our shipping partners. We currently partner with UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver nationwide.

Estimated shipping time: 7-10 business days (depending on your shipping location).

Total delivery time (processing + shipping): Estimated 8-12 business days.

4/ Shipping Fee

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of: $6.99 per order, regardless of the order value or delivery location within the U.S.

5/ Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment progress via the Track Your Order page on our website.

6/ Factors That May Affect Delivery Time

We always strive to deliver on time. However, delivery time may be extended due to certain factors, such as:

  • Delivery location: Remote or island locations may require additional time.
  • Order timing: Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or right before long breaks may take longer to process.
  • Weather conditions: Storms, snow, or extreme weather can affect delivery routes.
  • Carrier status: Shipping carriers may experience delays during high-demand seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
  • Incorrect recipient info: Providing incorrect address details can delay the shipment.

To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address and make sure someone is available to receive the package during standard delivery hours.
